IAML Outreach Fund Application Form

International Association of Music Libraries, Archives and Documentation Centres (IAML) Application for support to attend the 2024 IAML congress. Before applying for support, please read the IAML Terms of Reference under “Guidelines for applicants for congress attendance support” to ensure that you are eligible. Depending on the total budget available, you may be offered either full or partial funding. An offer will be made as soon as possible, and a deadline for acceptance will be given. Some flexibility may be possible where there are difficulties in securing part funding or visas; in these cases it is very important to stay in touch with the organisers. If you are successful in obtaining IAML support, you will be asked for a report about the situation of music libraries in your region to be added to the IAML webpage and a short report to be included in the congress diaries. IAML will also be grateful if you publish a report of the congress in a relevant journal in your own country.
