Dagbok från New York Musikforskare, musikbibliotekarier och musikarkivarier från organisationerna IAML och IMS träffades i New York den 21 – 26 juni 2015 för en konferens. Den höll till i Juilliard School nära Lincoln Center. Temat för konferensen var digitalisering "Musicresearch in the digital age". Tack vare Anders Lönns resestipendium kunde jag få åka.
Monday, June 22nd opening session. Three very enthusiastic archivists for New York City: Barbara Haws (New York Philharmonic, 1842-), Gino Francesconi (Carnegie Hall, 1891-), and Sharon Lehner (Brooklyn Academy of Music, 1857-) presented interesting stories about their archives which made me want to visit them.

Association Répertoire International d’Iconographie Musicale is presenting the 15th International RIdIM Conference, hosted by the Ohio State University Libraries in Columbus, 8-10 November 2015. The Conference will address research related to manifestations of power and repression reflected in visual representations of music, dance, and dramatic arts of all periods, cultures and media.
