The mission of the International Association of Music Libraries, Archives and Documentation Centres (IAML) is to broaden access to music resources through international collaboration and advocacy, to support research, learning, performance and enjoyment. Our members open up the vast world of information and repertoire in their daily interactions with students, educators, researchers, musicians, and the general public. We work to promote and preserve musical heritage among diverse cultures as we recognise the importance of music in the lives of the world’s people. |

RISM would like to announce the release of a new version of the online catalog. The content is the same, but there is a new interface with features that will make it easier to find musical sources.
Dear colleagues,
The last time I sent an update regarding IAML activities, there was snow on the ground here in New York City. Today I'm delighted to report the appearance of little green shoots with buds in Central Park. Spring is finally here.
Again there is a lot of important news about which to update you.
Today! From IAML’s National Groups -- Events -- Articles of Interest -- New Journals -- Electronic Resources -- CFPs and Conferences -- Friday Funny
