English summary:
This issue has children and music in libraries as a theme. Read about singing with babies and their parents in libraries in Stockholm. Read about music activities with children, and in the cities of Hagfors, Malmö, and in Music Development and Heritage Sweden. TioTretton in Stockholm is a library especially for children between 10 and 13 years of age, where they often work with music. 2014 marks the 150th anniversary of the birth of composer Alice Tegnér, who wrote many children’s songs. In this issue you can read about the celebration and about a list of her works containing details like key, text and tempo. Uppsala University Library has got a donation of 12,5 million Swedish crowns for working with personal archives. Christel Rosenborg has worked for many years as librarian and she tells us about her career and work with subject headings for music. We also invite everyone to join us for our annual Swedish IAML meeting which will take place in Stockholm the 3rd and 4th of April at The Royal Swedish Academy of Music and Svensk musik (The New Sounds of Sweden).
